Credit card theft
SPRING MILLS — A 69-year-old Spring Mills woman reported to state police on Aug. 24 that an unknown actor was able to obtain her credit card information, according to state police at Rockview.
The investigation is ongoing.
Firearm in creek
BLANCHARD — On Aug 28 a Henry Repeating Arms Pump Action Octagon 22 Rifle was found in Bald Eagle Creek, Liberty Township, near 500 Railroad Street, according to state police at Rockview.

PFA violation investigation
MILESBURG — On Sept. 1 at 12:48 a.m., state police investigated a possible violation of a court order on Sparrow Drive, Boggs Township, state police at Rockview said.
After an investigation it was determined no violation had occurred.
Dog law violation
HOUSERVILLE — A 35-year-old Bellefonte woman was issued a non-traffic citation for failure to keep her dog on a leash after state police were dispatched to State Game Lands 333 for a dog law violation on the afternoon of Aug 27, state police at Rockview said.

BLANCHARD — A 37-year-old Howard man was issued a non-traffic citation for not having his dog on a leash on the morning of Sept. 1 on Turner Road in Liberty Township, according to state police at Rockview.
Hit and run
MILLHEIM — While stopped at a red light at the intersection of Main and North streets in Millheim Borough, a 41-year-old woman’s 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander was rear ended by another driver, sustaining minor damage to her bumper, according to state police at Rockview.
According to police, the driver of the responsible vehicle failed to stop and exchange information.

Sobriety checkpoint results
BELLEFONTE — On the evening of Aug. 30 a sobriety checkpoint was conducted by state police at Rockview.
According to police, 348 vehicles were stopped, resulting in seven DUI arrests, three drug possession related arrests, 31 traffic citations and 249 warnings being issued.
The Pennsylvania State Police will conduct additional sobriety checkpoints in the future and remind the public not to drive if you have been drinking or using drugs.
Scrap metal theft
JACKSONVILLE — On Aug. 17 at 10:09 p.m., three unknown actors arrived at Triangle Heating and Cooling in Marion Township and removed several aluminum/copper coils, valued at $2,000, according to state police at Rockview.
According to police there are no leads in this case at the present time.

Illegal concealed carry
MILESBURG — James Thomas, 31, of Kalamazoo, Mich., was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and carrying a concealed pistol in a 2004 Lincoln Navigator without a concealed carry license, according to state police at Rockview.
Drug possession
HOWARD — Jason Hardy, 41, of Binghamton, N.Y., was charged with possessing a small amount of marijuana and methamphetamine following a Sept. 1 traffic stop on the 4700 block of North Eagle Valley Road, according to state police at Rockview.
Domestic dispute
SNOW SHOE — A 40-year-old Snow Shoe woman and 14-year-old Snow Shoe teen were issued non-traffic citations related to a domestic dispute reported to police on East Sycamore Street, Snow Shoe Borough, on the evening of Sept. 11, according to state police at Rockview.
