— Christopher Adam Hotchkiss, of Renovo, charged with conspiracy to commit burglary-overnight accommodation with no occupant present, conspiracy to committee criminal trespass-break into structure, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking-movable property, four counts of conspiracy to endanger welfare of children and four counts of conspiracy to commit corruption of minors, dismissed.
— Sasha M. — Kiana Ashley Smith, of State College, charged with making a false alarm to an agency of public safety, resisting arrest/other law enforcement and escape, waived for court.
— Andrew James Yeager, of Lock Haven, charged with making terroristic threats and driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.
— Amanda Christine Martz, of Jersey Shore, charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver and criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.
— Mason Kyle Ford, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
— Emily Elizabeth Munro, of Lock Haven, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, waived for court.
