Stolen tools

BELLEFONTE — About $2,600 worth of electrician’s tools in a Milwaukee Packout were reported stolen between the afternoon of Sept. 26 and the morning of Sept. 29 from a property along the Benner Pike, according to state police at Rockview.

Police said there are no leads at this time. Anyone with information is urged to call 814-355-7545.

Credit card theft

BELLEFONTE — A 48-year-old Bellefonte man reported on Oct. 20 that his credit card information was stolen and fraudulently used through Amazon, according to state police at Rockview.

The investigation is ongoing.

Attempted theft

SNOW SHOE — A Snow Shoe Township couple, ages 57 and 65, reported to state police at Rockview that an unknown suspect allegedly attempted to cash three money orders and checks from their bank account, according to police.

The investigation remains open.

Hit and run

MILL HALL — A 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz, was reportedly backed into by a second vehicle in the parking lot of 212 Danis St., Mill Hall, according to state police at Lamar.

No injuries were sustained and at this time there are no solvability factors present, police said.

Retail theft

RENOVO — Monica Papoutsis, 58, of Renovo, was charged with five counts of retail theft, stemming from five incidents between Oct. 19 and Oct. 29 at Puff-N-Snuff, 700 Erie Ave., according to the Renovo Police Department.

Papoutsis allegedly stole numerous energy drinks, valued at $87.35 in total, police said.

All summons have been filed through MDJ 25-3-03, police said.
