Harassment

AVIS — A domestic altercation took place at a single family residence in Avis Borough on Dec. 13 at approximately 11:58 p.m., according to state police at Lamar.

State police responded to the location along Clinton Street and three harassment citations were filed through MDJ 25-3-01 following physical altercations that took place, police said.

Tree causes damage

to police vehicle

JERSEY SHORE — On Dec. 19, at approximately 6:56 p.m., Colton Killion, 29, of Mill Hall, was attempting to get to a disabled motorist on Rauchtown Road, north of Rumberger Road, according to state police at Lamar.

Killion, driving a 2025 Ford Explorer, came to a stop and attempted to maneuver around a tree in the roadway off the east shoulder when a branch struck the driver side quarter panel causing minor cosmetic damage, police said.

Single vehicle accident

LOCK HAVEN — On Dec.16 at approximately 7:26 p.m., a one vehicle crash occurred in the 2400 block of Bear Pen Hollow Road, according to state police at Lamar.

The driver, Jaques Paul, 37, of Lock Haven, was negotiating a left turn when he traveled straight off the east side of the roadway, police said.

Paul then struck a tree at the 3 o’clock position and came to an uncontrolled rest off the roadway, police said.

Paul was transported from the scene with a suspected minor injury, police said.

Police were assisted on scene by Lock Haven Fire and EMS, Woolrich EMS and Jim’s Auto Body.

Two vehicle accident

LOGANTON — On Dec. 8 at approximately 12:54 p.m., a two vehicle crash occurred on I-80 West near mile marker 190.6 in Greene Township, according to state police at Lamar.

Adrian L. Ace, 56, of Burgettstown, Pa., was traveling in the left lane and began to negotiate a right curve when the vehicle’s right rear tire exploded causing the driver’s side tires to exit the roadway, police said.

Ace overcorrected and reentered the roadway into the left lane before crossing into the right lane in front of another vehicle, driven by Luis R. Silva Flores, 32, where he was struck, police said.

No injuries were reported during the crash, police said.

Road conditions cause accident

LOGANTON — A crash occurred on Dec. 15 at approximately 4:51 p.m. on Long Run Road, Greene Township, due to slippery road conditions, according to state police at Lamar.

Ashley O. Reffner, 39, of Lock Haven, was traveling southbound along Long Run Road when she exited right off the roadway and struck the guide rail, police said.

No injuries were reported, police said.

Criminal mischief

and vandalism

LOCK HAVEN — Woodward Township Police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief which occurred between Jan. 1 and Jan. 6 at Riverview Park along Farrandsville Road, according to police.

A pickleball court and lawn were extensively damaged at the park by a vehicle spinning tires on the property, police said.
