LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Kevin Scott Fournier, of Jersey Shore, charged with criminal solicitation-murder of a law enforcement officer of the first degree, making terroristic threats, two counts of possession of a firearm by a person not to possess/use firearm-incompetent, stalking-repeatedly commits acts to cause fear and making repairs/selling/etc. an offensive weapon, held for court, and possession of a firearm by a person not to possess/use firearm-incompetent, dismissed.

— Deandre Pringle-Patterson, of Philadelphia, charged with employment in a corrupt organization, dealing in proceeds of illegal activity/intent to promote, conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver, two counts of criminal use of a communication facility, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy to use/possess drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm-prohibited, receiving stolen property and 11 counts of manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, waived for court.

— Colton Allen Neff, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and disregard for traffic lane-single, waived for court.

— Padraic James Delaney, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, driving with a BAC .02 or greater while license is suspended and disregard traffic lane-single, waived for court.

— Trevor Joel Marcum, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane-single and careless driving, waived for court.

— Yale Ashley Hancock Adams, of Mill Hall, charged with disorderly conduct-hazardous/physically offensive, harassment-subject other to physical contact, harassment-course of conduct with no legitimate purpose, public drunkenness/similar misconduct and simple assault, waived for court.

— James L. Bryant, of Howard, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, reckless driving, failure to keep right, driving without lighted lamps and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, waived for court.

— Dakota Matthew Oglesby, of Mill Hall, charged with possession of marijuana-small amount for personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Dakota Matthew Oglesby, of Mill Hall, charged with aggravated assault-attempts to cause serious bodily injury/causes injury with extreme indifference, two counts of simple assault and two counts of disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, waived for court.

— Mariah Renee Shope, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without valid inspection, waived for court.
