Retail theft
LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven City Police charged Celeste Marie Champagne, 39, of Lock Haven, with retail theft following an incident on Jan. 6.
At 8 p.m., police were dispatched to the Family Dollar store along Bellefonte Avenue for a report of retail theft that had occurred, police said.
In speaking with the manager, it was discovered that Champagne had stolen $24.55 worth of merchandise, police said.
After Champagne confessed to taking the items, she was charged with retail theft, police said.
Hit and run
MILL HALL — On Dec. 18 at approximately 6:13 a.m., a two vehicle crash occurred on Renovo Road near Derby Bottom Lane, according to state police at Lamar.
The crash occurred as a GMC Sierra passed a 2003 GM Envoy, driven by Thomas C Wilson, 60, of North Bend, in the northbound lane, police said.
The Sierra merged into the southbound lane in front of Wilson and abruptly applied the brakes, causing Wilson to rear end the vehicle, police said.
The driver of the Sierra fled the scene and Wilson’s vehicle came to a controlled stop on the shoulder of the roadway, police said.
No injuries were reported.
Disorderly conduct
MILL HALL — Police responded to a disturbance that took place on Dec. 25 at approximately 2:15 a.m. in the 300 block of Main Street, Mill Hall, according to state police at Lamar.
Both John Saxon, 26, of Mill Hall, and Levi Saxon, 22, also of Mill Hall, received charges for their involvement, police said.
Harassment
MILL HALL — On Nov. 29 at approximately 12 p.m., police responded to a report of child abuse near Boyd Lane, Mill Hall, according to state police at Lamar.
State police are investigating.
ATM skimmer
MILL HALL –Police were called to Pilot Travel Center in Mill Hall on Nov. 25 and Nov. 26 for a report of a found ATM skimmer, according to state police at Lamar.
Through investigation, it was determined that the device was placed on the ATM inside the travel plaza on Nov. 25 at approximately 9:50 p.m. and was removed on Nov. 26 at approximately 3 p.m., police said.

Identity theft
FARRANDSVILLE — On Dec. 8, Janice Brown, 45, of Farrandsville, went to state police to report a case of identity theft, according to state police at Lamar.
The investigation is ongoing.
