Driver arrested following crash
MILL HALL — A 43-year-old Howard woman was arrested for driving under the influence following a crash along Eagle Valley Road, Bald Eagle Township, on Jan. 26, state police at Lamar said.
According to police, Carol Graham was driving a 2010 Lincoln-Continental MKS south when it left the roadway and struck a snowbank and two mail boxes, police said.
The vehicle then left the scene and continued on the roadway before traveling off the right side again, becoming stuck in the snow, police said.
Graham was found attempting to walk away from the scene, police said.
After an investigation, Graham was arrested for driving under the influence, police said.
No injuries reported in crash
RENOVO — No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle crash along Renovo Road, Noyes Township, on Feb. 8, state police at Lamar said.
At 2 p.m., a 2006 Pontiac G6, driven by Cristian Lizarazu Arnez, 29, of Toledo, Ohio, was traveling north on the roadway when he lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a left curve, police said.
The vehicle crossed into the opposite lane, traveling off the roadway and striking an embankment, police said.
The vehicle came to an uncontrolled stop on its passenger side, police said.
Neither Lizarazu Arnez nor his passenger, Omar R. Colque Limachi, 31, of Toledo, Ohio, was injured as a result of the crash, police said.
The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene by Jim Johnson Auto Repair and Towing.
Renovo Fire Department assisted on the scene.
