LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

–James Brady George, of Loganton, charged with making terroristic threats, resisting arrest/other law enforcement and disorderly conduct-hazardous/physically offensive, held for court.

— Dawn Marie Herlocher, of Loganton, charged with 17 counts of forgery-utters forged writing and 17 counts of tampering records/identification-writing, waived for court.

— Jason Michael Winkleman, of Lock Haven, charged with conspiracy to commit theft by deception-false impression, waived for court.

— Jason Michael Winkleman, of Mill Hall, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, withdrawn.

— Riley Andrew Daubert, of Hughesville, charged with driving under the influence, careless driving, disregard traffic lane-single and driving an unregistered vehicle, waived for court.

— Jeremiah Ray Wilson, of Renovo, charged with aggravated assault-fear of imminent serious bodily injury to designated individuals, driving under the influence, harassment-subject other to physical contact and simple assault, waived for court.

— Taleia Lorraine Kitner, of Mill Hall, charged with making a false alarm to an agency of public safety, making a false report-falselly incriminating another, disorderly conduct-hazardous/physically offensive and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

— Sean Logan Geraty, of Loganton, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and failure to complete duties at a stop sign, waived for court.

–Zachary Lee Holdren, of Loganton, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, unlawful operation-reg. Decal or plate, unlawful operation-snow/ATV under the influence, unlawful operation-snow/ATV without helmet, operation on streets and highways and careless driving, waived for court.

— Conner James Mic Borner, of Lock Haven, charged with four counts of retail theft-take merchandise and four counts of receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Mickel Walter Keeler, of Lock Haven, charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use and two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Robert Eugene Morgret, Jr., of Avis, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and 24 counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Gail Renee Weaver, of Lock Haven, charged with burglary-overnight accommodation with person present, criminal trespass-enter structure, evading arrest/detention on foot, theft by unlawful taking-movable property, criminal mischief-damage property and public drunkenness/similar misconduct, waived for court.

— Robert Eugene Confer, Jr., of Trout Run, charged with evading arrest/detention on foot, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

— Brittany Lynn Fox, of Mill Hall, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Ryan Edward Bartges, of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane-single, careless driving and violating restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived for court.

— Hunter Jesse McDermit, of Lock Haven, charged with causing an accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, careless driving and driving at an unsafe speed, waived for court.

— Kae Ann Weber, of Mill Hall, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, theft by deception-prevent acquisition of information, receiving stolen property, forgery-unauthorized act in writing, forgery-utters forged writing, other reason access device is unauthorized by issuer, possesses access device knowing it is counterfeit/altered, tampering with public recording/information, tamper with/fabricate physical evidence, possession of an instrument of crime with intent and fraudulent destruction for insurance, waived for court.

— Aiden Lee Gruber, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, furnishing alcohol to a minor, obscured plate-tinted plate cover and improper sunscreening, waived for court.
