LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
— Sebastian Lee Bloom, of Renovo, charged with seven counts of disseminating photo/video of child sexual abuse, seven counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and seven counts of criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.
— Fatima Ivette Reinoso, of Reading, charged with promoting prostitution as an inmate/agent within a house of prostitution, waived for court.
— Wesley Cleon Snyder, of Flemington, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and public drunkenness/similar misconduct, waived for court.
— Stephen Lee Heverly, Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with burglary-not adapted for overnight accommodation/no person present and intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, waived for court.
— Alan Arthur Popadines, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and disregard traffic lane-single, waived for court.
— Mark Timothy Williams, of Mill Hall, charged with retail theft-alter label/price marking and receiving stolen property, waived for court.
— Robert M. Dreibelbis II, of Snow Shoe, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, careless driving, disregard for traffic lane-single and driving an unregistered vehicle, waived for court.
— Roger Benjamin Warner, of Mill Hall, charged with retail theft-after label price marking, waived for court.
— Katelyn Ann Smith, of Howard, charged with driving under the influence-second offense and failure to complete duties at a stop sign, waived for court.
— Charles E. Cooper, Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and violating restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived for court.
— John Baptist Cuneo IV, of Erie, charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, possession of a small amount of mairjuana for personal use, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, obscuring/covering/inhibiting visibility of license plate and improper sunscreening, waived for court.
— Gary Alan Fausey II, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operating privileges are suspended/revoked, waived for court.
— Vincent John Devlin, of Renovo, charged with making terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, held for court.
— Heather N. Newman, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of hindering apprehension/prosecution-harboring/concealing and giving false information to a law enforcement office, held for court.
— Dana Marie Ross, of Renovo, charged with simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, held for court.
— Jesse Charles Shields, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, held for court.
— Mitchell Robert Coover, of Renovo, charged with simple assault, harassment-subject other to physical contact and aggravated assault of an unborn child, dismissed.
— Brian Garbrick Ebeling, of Mill Hall, charged with writing bad checks, dismissed.
— Heath Allen Braunns, of Renovo, charged with simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, dismissed.
— Joseph Larue Beamer, of Beech Creek, charged with disorderly conduct-hazardous/physically offensive, public drunkenness/similar misconduct and walking too close to the roadway, withdrawn.
— Thomas Earl Shadle, Jr., of Jersey Shore, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of mairjuana for personal use, withdrawn.
