Woodward Twp. man issued citation following crash LOCK HAVEN — Brian St. John, of Woodward Township, was issued a citation after a one-vehicle crash along Brewery Hollow Road, on Feb. 9, Woodward Township Police said. According to police, at 10:55 p.m., there were reports of a crash along the roadway about 300 feet from Clover Lane. The vehicle, a 2022 Dodge pickup truck, had severe damage and was over an embankment about 20 feet, having collided with a tree, police said. Retail theft LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven City Police charged Celeste Marie Champagne, 39, of Lock Haven, with retail theft following an incident on Jan. 6. At 8 p.m., police were dispatched to the Family Dollar store along Bellefonte Avenue for a report of retail theft that had occurred, police said. In speaking with the manager, it was discovered that Champagne had stolen $24.55 worth of merchandise, police said. According to police, between Jan. 9 and 12, trees were damaged at Holy Spirits Cemetery along Glenn Road, Allison Township.
