BELLEFONTE — More information has been released regarding a $1 million theft from a Centre County-based educational provider. According to information filed in an affidavit of probable cause from Spring Township Police Department, Carri Roan, 46, of Bellefonte, is accused of stealing roughly $1 million from Nittany Learning Services, 300 S.
