Waterville man attacked; attacker on the run LOCK HAVEN — A 46-year-old Waterville man was attacked from behind by ‘Billy clubs’ and a metal baseball bat along Island Road, Dunnstable Township on Sept. 1, state police at Lamar said. The assault occurred at 7:51 p.m. when Dane Madron, 50, of Jersey Shore, and possibly another man nicknamed “Montana” attacked the victim with and beat him while on the ground, police said. Felony warrant arrest DUNNSTOWN — Travis Condo, 43, of Lock Haven, was taken into custody on a felony arrest warrant and charged by Woodward Township Police with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia on the evening of Aug. 22, police said. MILL HALL — A former Central Mountain High School student has filed a lawsuit against the Keystone Central School District and a retired teacher/football coach alleging misconduct stemming from a sexual assault that took place in spring 2011.
