Unauthorized use RAUCHTOWN — On July 31, state police at Lamar were called to a Davidson Road address in Crawford Township to investigate an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle complaint. Through the police investigation, it was learned that a known individual took a tan 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier without the owner’s permission. Police said the victim was a 42-year-old Jersey Shore female. LOCK HAVEN — Additional charges have been filed against the unarmed driver who state police wounded following a pursuit that ended on Interstate 80 in Clinton County.
