Waterville man attacked; attacker on the run LOCK HAVEN — A 46-year-old Waterville man was attacked from behind by ‘Billy clubs’ and a metal baseball bat along Island Road, Dunnstable Township on Sept. 1, state police at Lamar said. The assault occurred at 7:51 p.m. when Dane Madron, 50, of Jersey Shore, and possibly another man nicknamed “Montana” attacked the victim with and beat him while on the ground, police said. Felony warrant arrest DUNNSTOWN — Travis Condo, 43, of Lock Haven, was taken into custody on a felony arrest warrant and charged by Woodward Township Police with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia on the evening of Aug. 22, police said. The charges stemmed from a traffic stop along Woodward Avenue during which officers allegedly located drug paraphernalia used for methamphetamine in the vehicle Condo was driving, according to police. KCSD, retired teacher named in lawsuit for 2011 sexual assault

MILL HALL — A former Central Mountain High School student has filed a lawsuit against the Keystone Central School District and a retired teacher/football coach alleging misconduct stemming from a sexual assault that took place in spring 2011. According to court documents, filed for the defendant — listed as Jane Doe — by her attorney, Jay L. Edelstein, Esq. in Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, she alleged she was assaulted by retired teacher James C. Renninger when she was 17-years-old and a senior at CMHS.
