Let’s talk about witches! October is coming and that demonic spirit is determined to overtake your attention for the whole month.

I have chosen these few scriptures to give you God’s view of witches and witchcraft, and I am believing that the Holy Spirit will enlighten your view on the subject.

Before reading these truthful scriptures, I have two questions for you.

First, is Jesus Lord of your Life? and second is the Bible real to you?

If you have answered, “yes” to both, then take these verses to heart and heed their warning.

If your reply was no to either one, I pray that the eyes of your understanding are enlightened and you come to know the hope of Jesus calling and His love for you:

— 1 Chronicles 10:13: Saul died because he was unfaithful to the LORD; he did not keep the word of the LORD and even consulted a medium for guidance,

— 1 Samuel 15:23: For rebellion is like the sin of divination/ witchcraft and arrogance like the evil of idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, he has rejected you as king.”

— Leviticus 19:31: “Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them. I am the LORD your God.”

— 2 Chronicles 33:6: “I will set my face against anyone who turns to mediums and spiritists to prostitute themselves by following them, and I will cut them off from their people.”

Our Father God does not lie! When He says a word it comes to pass. He lovingly warns us not to get involved with any form of witchcraft since He knows the end from the beginning.

This fall season, don’t open that tempting door of deception.

There is no power behind it.
