City approves closure of one East Church Street Parking entrance for outdoor dining

LOCK HAVEN - Lock Haven City Council approved a request to close the Grove Street entrance of the East Church Street Parking Lot for outdoor dining. Don Powers, owner of The Old Corner, made the request during Monday night’s city council meeting. (AP) — Pennsylvania has eased its mask mandate to allow people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to gather with other vaccinated people without masks or social distancing, state health officials said Monday. Bar service to resume April 4 as Gov. Wolf eases restrictions

As COVID-19 cases have declined and vaccination rates are climbing, Governor Tom Wolf today announced the lifting of some targeted restrictions on restaurants and other businesses, as well as increased gathering limits. UPDATE: Active shooter suspect detained by police

RENOVO - An active shooter suspect has been detained by law enforcement in Renovo Borough, Clinton County Emergency Services reported Tuesday morning. The shelter in place has been lifted for all borough residents. The report comes less than an hour after the Renovo Police Department and other law enforcement agencies requested residence shelter in place indoors and in their homes.
