BRUMBAUGH — Matthew James Brumbaugh, 43, of Blanchard, died on Feb. 5, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today at the Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main St., Howard.

POWELL — Gloria J. Powell, 89, of Mill Hall, died on Feb. 5, 2022. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington, Pa.

WELCH — Vernon L. Welch, 76, of Lock Haven, died on Feb. 4, 2022. Friends and family will be received for a visitation time from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 10, at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

YODER — Emanuel D. “Dave” “Bunt” Yoder, 72 of Howard, died Feb. 7, 2022. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 10, at Schenck’s Cemetery, Howard.

MOORE — Beth Ellen (Green) Moore, died on Feb. 4, 2022. A funeral service will be held at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 10, at Avis United Methodist Church, 215 Prospect Ave., Avis. Visiting time will be held from 3 p.m. at the church until the time of service. Following the service, there will be a time of food and fellowship at the church.

MORSE — Clayton N. “Skip” Morse, 68, of Williamsport, died on Feb. 1, 2022. Services will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 11, at the Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home. A time of visitation will be held at 5 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

JACKSON — Dennis L. Jackson, 63 of Jersey Shore, died Dec. 16, 2021. A private graveside service will be held on Friday, Feb. 11, at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall, Pa.

KELCHNER — Owen Wesley Kelchner, 78 of Summerfield, Fla. and formerly of Brookside, Pa., died Jan. 24, 2022. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 11, at City Church, 36 E. 4th St., Williamsport.

WATSON — J. Casey Watson, 57, of Lock Haven, died on Feb. 3, 2022. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12, at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington, Pa. Friends and family will be received at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service.

COX — Dr. Kenneth M. Cox, 88 and formerly of Lusk Run Road in Mill Hall, died on Feb. 5, 2022. A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12, at the Salvation Army Church of Lock Haven, 119 E. Church St., Lock Haven. Friends and family will be received at the church on Saturday for a time of viewing from 2 p.m. until the time of service. A meal will be provided following the service.
