Richard L. Huggins, 79, of West Reading, formerly of Lock Haven, passed away on Friday, Feb. 14, 2025, at Hershey Medical Center. Born Aug. 22, 1945, in Corning, N.Y., he was the son of the late Harlow and Winifred (Button) Huggins. Richard was a 1963 graduate of Williamson Jr./Sr. High School in Tioga. After school, he proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War from June 1963 until he was honorably discharged in December 1967.
