Charles C. Royer

Charles C. Royer, known affectionately as “Chick,” passed away on July 12, 2024, in his native Pennsylvania. Born on Nov. 3, 1929, in Clintondale, he was the son of the late Elizabeth Archey (Royer) and Glenn H. Royer. Charles was a lifelong resident of Central Pennsylvania. Charles graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1947. He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1948-1952 on the ships USS Catamount (LSD 17) and USS Midway (CVB 41) as a Radarman.
