To the few individuals who felt the need to shout “Communists,” and boo at the candidates on a political float during the Memorial Day parade, you were not acting patriotic but instead showed yourselves to be clueless clowns.
What you didn’t know was that many who were on that float, had spouses, parents and relatives that paid the ultimate sacrifice so you could spew your ignorance.
This parade was to honor those who served, not your false sense of patriotism.
Remember, the children were watching as well. Is this what we are teaching them now?
