Hopefully this letter finds its way into print with a local news reporting media. At least a media that would investigate and further verify the legitimacy of the information.

Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living does not live up to the standards of Susque-View and the community needs to know.

Allaire, located in New Jersey, is the parent corporation and others like this one.

Allaire is a “for profit” entity and has no problem making cuts and financial decisions in the name of profit and not for the benefit of the residents residing or employees earnings.

The state has been there investigating various complaints, nothing gets done except it fines the company.

When there is shift change, the nurses and aids are busy getting reports from the shift before.

The kitchen, activities and housekeeping departments are doing what they can with all the budget cuts.

The nurses are very professional, a nice group of men and women.

Oh, just one more small complaint a lot of residents have — mice can be found throughout the facility.
