Lock Haven

I have a friend who lives on South Highland Street near Keystone Counseling & Evaluation Services. The sidewalks on both sides of this street are horrendous.

Near my friend’s house especially, there is exposed rebar which is an obvious sign of concrete degradation. It’s a tripping hazard and I’m hoping that the city can soon address this concern.

I know money can be tight so I’m not holding my breath that it’ll be repaired anytime soon, but if the city could create a work order or add it to the list of repairs, it would be much appreciated by those who live on South Highland Street.
