Vicki L. Adams Mill Hall I read the article in the recent Saturday-Sunday Express regarding filling the position of Region IV seat on the Keystone School District Board of Directors. One application within the deadline was received. Two applications were received one or two days after the deadline. It was noted by Superintendent Redmon that there is no set law or procedure preventing the board from considering the applicants.
