Lillie Langlois Cummings Township For months, the JS School Board has been promising parents answers about reconfiguration if Salladasburg Elementary is closed. At the Aug. 5 public hearing, Dr. Ulmer spoke for 10-minutes where bits of financial information and HVAC expenses were presented without much context or clarity. The first thought I had was, where are the dogs going to relieve themselves? It is already disgusting to go to a Lock Haven restaurant and have to walk past dog poop along the trees and sidewalks. It is a shame people come right out of their apartments in the mornings, some still in their pajamas, and walk their dogs to the nearest tree to relieve themselves. And they do not pick it up. LH Rehab has problems

Bonnie Bair Lock Haven During a recent visit to see my sister at the Lock Haven Rehab and Senior Living facility, I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness I encountered. This was not the only problem I encountered while there. My sister needed her Depends changed. Only to find out she didn’t have any to use! Upon searching by staff for a replacement, which they are to provide to the patients, all that could be found were an X-large size.
