CLEVELAND — You can change the calendar, change the city and change the lineup, but you can’t change who rules college wrestling. Penn State won its fifth consecutive NCAA championship Saturday at the 2026 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships at Rocket Arena, clinching it Saturday morning early in Session 5. The Nittany Lions have won 13 of the past 15 championships, all under Cael Sanderson, and 14 in school history. LHU baseball beats Clarion in PSAC West opener

LOCK HAVEN — The Lock Haven baseball team opened its Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference West schedule with a 4-3 victory over visiting Clarion on Saturday. Lock Haven fell 12-3 in game to for the split. In game one, Clarion struck first with two runs in the top of the third, but Lock Haven answered quickly with four runs over the next two innings, led by a three-run home run by Cayden Robertson. LHU track and field teams have success in Myrtle Beach

The Lock Haven men’s track and field team opened the outdoor season this weekend at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The Bald Eagles earned nine Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championship qualifying marks. Myka Simmons ran 10.74m in 100 meter prelims and qualified for the 2026 PSAC Championships.
