SHIPPENSBURG – The Lock Haven men’s outdoor track and field team opened the first of three days of competition at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Outdoor Championships in Shippensburg, Pa., on Thursday. Eric Zalar earned All-PSAC honors and took third in the Hammer Throw with a new personal-best and NCAA Provisional mark. SHIPPENSBURG – The Lock Haven women’s outdoor track and field team opened the first of three days of competition at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Outdoor Championships in Shippensburg on Thursday. Alyssa VanGorder found a spot on the podium with an eighth-place mark in the Hammer Throw. MILL HALL — Central Mountain hosted Williamsport in a track and field dual meet on Thursday afternoon as both Wildcat and Millionaire athletes saw success through various events. The Williamsport girls won, 117-33, while the Williamsport boys beat the Wildcats, 118-32. With the victories, Williamsport secured undefeated seasons for both boys and girls and swept the HAC-I title. A number of athletes claimed multiple victories.
