STATE COLLEGE — Penn State’s Blue-White Practice is set for Saturday, April 25 and Penn State Athletics has a full slate of activities planned for fans of all ages. This year’s event will feature an open-practice format. Admission to Blue-White Practice is free and practice is set to begin at 1 p.m. at Beaver Stadium. Parking lots will open at 8 a.m. Gates A, B, C and E will open for the public at 11 a.m. Fan seating will be available in the north, south and east lower bowl areas of the stadium. LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Lock Haven softball standout sophomore Blaire Balestrini was revealed as part of the 2026 NFCA Division II Player and Pitcher of the Year watchlist, the organization announced on Wednesday. The list is broken down into the eight NCAA Regions (Atlantic, Central, East, Midwest, South, South Central, Southeast and West) with up to 15 student-athletes represented in each region. Bellefonte baseball's impressive start continued on Wednesday afternoon, as it run-ruled Bellwood-Antis, 13-3, through five innings. The win improved its record to 6-0 while also giving it its fifth run-rule victory. After compiling one run through the first two innings, the Red Raiders exploded for 12 through the next three. The run was jumpstarted by a third-inning grand slam from Quentin Croutharmel, who finished with a game-high five RBIs. Lock Haven women's lacrosse falls to IUP at home

The Lock Haven lacrosse team fell to Indiana (Pa.), 12-9, in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division contest on Wednesday afternoon at Charlotte Smith Field. With the result, Lock Haven is now 5-4 overall and 2-2 in the West, while IUP improves to 5-6 on the season and 2-2 in conference play.
