BELLEFONTE — Bellefonte Borough Council will be searching for another new member following the resignation of Shawna McKean this week. Council accepted McKean’s resignation at its regular meeting Monday night, with many expressing regret at the action. McKean, who represents the West Ward, was elected in 2021.
