Man faces slew of child sex assault charges

Joshua Joseph Kutza, 34, of 1200 Cherry St., Montoursville, faces numerous child sex assault charges after two juveniles came forward alleging that he had inappropriate contact with them in separate incidents between 2019 and 2022, Lycoming Regional Police said in an affidavit. Both alleged victims were 12 years old at the times of their respective alleged encounters with Kutza. HOWARD — State police at Rockview have charged a Howard man with misdemeanor corruption of minors and harassment following an incident that allegedly happened at the Centre County Grange Fair in August. According to the criminal docket information, Hunter Kenneth L. Henney, 21, of Howard, admitted to contacting a 15-year-old boy and sending lewd photos of himself to the teen, according to Trooper Dalton Granville.
