The Bellefonte Elks Lodge# 1094 Board of Trustees are fast closing in on their end of year giving through the organization’s David B. Garver Fund. In fact, the last two grants for 2025 were awarded to Centre Volunteers in Medicine and The Ethel Beaver Fund, in check presentations held at the Bellefonte Elks Club in Bellefonte, Pa. Shown here at the presentation is CVIM Developmental Team Lead Darion Shawley, at center, as she receives the $1,777 grant check, which will be used to provide pediatric dental care for children in the Bellefonte Area and Bald Eagle Area School Districts. The grant will specifically target costs associated with CVIM pediatric dental patients in those school districts.
