MILL HALL — Mill Hall Borough Council approved several ordinance updates and scheduled budget sessions during its regular meeting this week. The ordinance committee reviewed the dog-at-large ordinance, excavation permit changes and code enforcement matters during their monthly meeting on Sept. 9, ahead of Tuesday’s meeting for council approval.
