LOCK HAVEN — The Alzheimer’s and Caregivers’ Support Group will meet Tuesday, March 10, from 7 to 8 p.m., at Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven. There is convenient parking next to the church and a handicapped accessible entrance.

The meeting will be a time of sharing concerns about caring for a loved one with a memory loss and to provide educational materials from the Alzheimer’s Association, co-sponsors of the support group in conjunction with Covenant United Methodist Church. The group will also discuss topics of interest for future meetings.

The Alzheimer’s Support Group is free and allows families time to share common issues and concerns. Sitter service can be provided to the person with dementia at the church while caregivers are attending the meeting. Prior arrangements must be made for this service.
