HARRISBURG — For those who missed a chance to order cookies in person from a neighborhood Girl Scout, the Cookie Program is still in full swing via Cookie Booths. If you’re looking for a cookie booth in your area, they have a database to help you.

Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania is excited to announce cookie booth sales begin Feb. 27 to April 4 across Pennsylvania. Local Girl Scouts are setting up booths at nearby businesses and community organizations, giving customers the opportunity to buy boxes of their favorite cookies while supporting leadership development programs for girls in their communities.

“Cookie booths offer Girl Scouts the chance to develop entrepreneurial skills such as goal setting, decision making, money management and problem-solving. These hands-on experiences build confidence and prepare girls for future success while making a positive impact locally,” said Director of Product Program and Retail Kim McBride.

Cookie sales help fund troop activities, community service projects, outdoor adventures and leadership experiences for Girl Scouts throughout the Heart of Pennsylvania region.
