The Renovo Area Public Library held a soup sale that also featured plenty of baked goods, as well as their first ever cutest pet contest, providing a day of fun for the non-profit. Those that had purchased soup in advance kept the library board members busy all afternoon handing out 100 quarts of beef barley, ham and bean and chicken noodle soups. Cuddles, owned by Scott Labant, of Cross Fork, grabbed the cutest dog award in a fundraiser that had voting boxes throughout the community in recent weeks.
