The Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven hosted three outstanding speakers Tuesday evening. The Central Mountain High School students gave their presentations from the Four-Way Test Speech Contest, and proved how they easily earned awards. Both the Downtown Club and its parent club, the Lock Haven Rotary Club, selected a winner and runner-up and gave $100 and $50 awards. Kaylin Mann, the other runner-up, was unable to attend. Sarah and Christiana will give their winning speeches at the regional contest today.
