CLOTHING BANK The Light of the World Clothing Bank will be open this afternoon, March 6, from 2:30 to 5 p.m., at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 145 W. Linn St., Bellefonte. Clothing in all sizes, coats, shoes, bedding and more are available. Everything is free, but if you’d like you can provide a donation for the church. The Clothing Bank will not be open on Good Friday in April, and the dates for May are being adjusted to coincide with the Bellefonte Community-wide Yard Sale dates. Alzheimer’s Support Group to meet March 10

LOCK HAVEN — The Alzheimer’s and Caregivers’ Support Group will meet Tuesday, March 10, from 7 to 8 p.m., at Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven. There is convenient parking next to the church and a handicapped accessible entrance. The meeting will be a time of sharing concerns about caring for a loved one with a memory loss and to provide educational materials from the Alzheimer’s Association, co-sponsors of the support group in conjunction with Covenant United Methodist Church.
