LOCK HAVEN — Current and former members of the Keystone Central School District Music Department faculty will, once again, come together to present the William P. Kellerman Memorial Scholarship Recital. The recital will be held on Sunday, March 15, at 2 p.m., at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Lock Haven.
