HOWARD — Faith Chapel’s Bargains and Blessings Community Closet will be open on Saturday, July 25, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Runville United Methodist Church, 1216 Runville Road, Bellefonte. This will be a back to school clothing event. Gently used, good quality clothing, shoes and accessories for the entire family are available.
