PennDOT: Clinton County I-80 mile marker 194 rest areas reopen Feb. 4

LOGANTON — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced the rest areas at mile marker 194 along Interstate 80 eastbound and westbound in Clinton County will reopen at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 4. The rest areas closed in May to allow crews to replace the existing water and sewage treatment facilities and plumbing features. All facilities will be fully operational at the time of reopening. LOCK HAVEN — The Covenant Cafe, an activity group for those in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, will be meeting on Feb. 3 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W.
