Fall Festival WATERVILLE — On Sunday, Oct. 15, from 12–4 p.m., there will be an “Annual Fall Festival” at Little Pine State Park. This is an outdoor festival that focuses on the natural resources and outdoor recreational opportunities in north-central Pennsylvania. Displays and scheduled programs by state and county conservation agencies, local conservation organizations and businesses related to the outdoors will be at the Fall Festival.
