LOGANTON — The Clinton County Court of Common Pleas is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on Loganton Borough Council. According to a release from the court of common pleas, a petition to fill the vacancy, which is due to a retirement in January, was filed by the borough’s solicitor, Justin K. Houser.
