UNIVERSITY PARK — The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved the transfer of WPSU to WHYY, clearing the final regulatory hurdle for a transaction designed to secure the future of public media in northern and central Pennsylvania. SPRING MILLS — State police at Rockview reported one fatality following a single vehicle accident on Sept. 8, at approximately 2:41 p.m., on Penns Valley Road near its intersection with Fiedler Road.
