Child seriously injured in four-vehicle crash BLANCHARD — A 3-year-old child suffered serious suspected injuries in a four-vehicle crash on N. Eagle Valley Road at the intersection of Liberty Street near Blanchard, Liberty Township, on June 3, according to state police at Rockview. Police said the child’s safety seat was being used improperly at the time of the crash. The child was transported to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville for evaluation.
