DUI crash with injuries leads to arrest BEECH CREEK — A 21-year-old Howard man was arrested following a crash involving a vehicle versus horse and buggy on Main Street, Beech Creek Borough in early June, state police at Lamar said. At 11:04 p.m. on June 7, Kaleb Matis, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet S10 in the 100 block of Main Street when he was involved in a crash with a horse-drawn buggy, police said.
