Proceedings from district judge

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Fay Louise Courter, of Mill Hall, charged with 22 counts of theft by failing to make required disposition funds and three counts of failing to keep/file registered person’s income tax receipts, waived for court.

— Francis Eugene Winkelman, III, of Renovo, charged with false alarm to agency of public safety, waived for court.

— Jacoby Adam Bren Benway, of South Williamsport, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol – 1st offense, DUI: controlled substance – combination of alcohol/drugs – 1st offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely – 1st offense, DUI: controlled substance – schedule 1 – 1st offense, DUI: minor – 1st offense, marijuana – small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, purchase etc. alcoholic beverages by a minor, fail to keep right, careless driving, DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability – 1st offense and DUI: controlled substance – metabolite – 1st offense, waived for court.

— Jasean Dominique Pittman, of Flint, MI, charged with retail theft – take merchandise, receiving stolen property, access device is counterfeit, altered or incomplete and theft by deception – fail to correct, waived for court.

— Kala Marie Houser, of Jersey Shore, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol – 1st offense, and violate hazard regulation, waived for court.

— Zeth Holden Keller, of Altoona, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely – 1st offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol – 1st offense, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, disregard traffic lane (single) and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived for court.

— Aaron James Heck, of Bellefonte, charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol – 1st offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely – 1st offense, careless driving and disregard traffic lane (single), waived for court.

— Latoya J. Estes, of Renovo, charged with fraud to obtain food stamps/assistance, waived for court.

— Davina Lynn Solt, of Mill Hall, charged with endangering welfare of children – parent/guardian/other commits offense, and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.

— Zachary Manley, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, waived for court.

— Cory Allen Duffield, of Mill Hall, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intentional possession of controlled substance by person not registered and criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.

— Matthew William Russell, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking – movable property and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Anthony Micha Winkelman, of Renovo, charged with receives advance payment for services and fails to perform, and theft by deception – false impression, waived for court.

— Lori Ann Dewald, of Lock Haven, charged with intentional possession of controlled substance by person not registered.
