Criminal trespass
LOCK HAVEN — On Oct. 27, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Woodward Township Police responded to an incident at Crist Lane in Woodward Township.
According to police, William L. Dale, III, 41, of 38 Lilac Lane, Lock Haven, allegedly entered another person’s residence unlawfully and in a highly intoxicated condition. Dale then exited, peered through bedroom windows from the outside, before leaving and returning with a chainsaw and proceeded to cut a metal window screen at the residence, police said.
Once police arrived, Dale was allegedly combative, uncooperative and threatening with numerous officers. Dale also repeatedly and violently attempted to break the door window and cage partition of the police vehicle, leaving marks and damage from striking it, while being transported, police said.
Dale was charged with Criminal Trespass, Terroristic Threats, Institutional Vandalism, Loitering and Prowling at nighttime, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief and Public Drunkenness, according to police.
Harassment
BELLEFONTE — On Oct. 25, 2023 at around 11:15 p.m. state police at Rockview were contacted by Henry Oppenheim, 41, of Bellefonte, regarding an ongoing issue.
According to police, Roy Miner, 39, of Bellefonte, was cited with harassment due to the incident.
