Trespassing
LAMAR — A 77-year-old Lamar man was arrested for trespassing on a property along Silver Avenue in Porter Township belonging to a 42-year-old victim on Oct. 2, according to state police at Lamar.
Charges for trespassing were filed through District Judge John Maggs’s office.
Cruelty to animals
FLEMINGTON — State police at Lamar are investigating an incident involving cruelty to animals which took place between Sept. 3 and Sept. 20 along Frederick Street in Flemington Borough.
Criminal mischief
LOGANTON — Between Oct. 1 and Oct. 2, a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer belonging to a 37-year-old Loganton woman was vandalized along Winter Road in Greene Township, according to state police at Lamar.
The two right side tires of the vehicle were intentionally damaged by an unknown suspect(s) by putting a screw in them and causing them to go flat, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call state police.
