— Hailey Ann Gillott, charged with aggravated assault of an unborn child, theft by unlawful taking, defiant trespass, making terroristic threats, neglect of an animals, making false reports to law enforcement agencies and intimidation of witnessness, fined $100, shall pay $450.92 in restitution, sentenced to 54 months to 14 years in a State Correctional Institution and placed on probation for two years.

— Robert Eugene Confer, Jr., charged with criminal trespass and causing an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, sentenced to 117 days to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility, shall pay $100 in restitution and placed on probation for six months.

— Jesse Lee James, charged with simple assault, sentenced to six to 23 months and 15 days in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

— Alivia Ann Feidler, charged with violating a Protection From Abuse Order, fined $300.

— Daniel Eugene Mitchell, charged with theft of lost/mislaid/delivered property and possession of seven grams of marijuana, sentenced to 26 days to one year in the Clinton County Correctional Facility, placed on probation for four years and shall pay $189.99 in restitution.

— William James Yost, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, fleeing or attempting to elude a police office, being a habitual offender and driving under DUI-related suspension, fined $2,500, sentenced to two to five years in a State Correctional Institution and placed on probation for 18 months.

— Kierra Rose Murphy, charged with child endangerment, shall undergo psychological evaluation, placed on probation for five years and house arrest for six months.

— Julian James Zuback, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, fined $300, shall pay $8,570 in restitution and placed on probation for six months.
