Felony warrant arrest
DUNNSTOWN — Travis Condo, 43, of Lock Haven, was taken into custody on a felony arrest warrant and charged by Woodward Township Police with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia on the evening of Aug. 22, police said.
The charges stemmed from a traffic stop along Woodward Avenue during which officers allegedly located drug paraphernalia used for methamphetamine in the vehicle Condo was driving, according to police.
Condo also had a felony warrant issued in an unrelated matter and was transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility, police said.
Milesburg crash leads
to DUI arrest
MILESBURG — Clinton D. Culliver, 42, of Trout Run, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license related to previous DUI convictions and driving without valid insurance following a crash on Aug. 16, according to state police at Rockview.
The crash occurred around 11 a.m. on North Eagle Valley Road, Boggs Township, when Timothy E. Deschene, 65, of Perrysburg, Ohio, was pulling a 2021 Freightliner from the TA truck stop parking lot. Police said Culliver, operating a 2008 Mazda 3 at a high rate of speed, struck the front passenger side of Deschene’s vehicle.
Culliver allegedly exited his vehicle, gave a thumbs-up gesture and fled the scene before being taken into custody about half a mile away. Authorities determined he was under the influence and transported him to the Centre County Detention Center.
I-80 collision
SNOW SHOE — A Los Angeles man was cited following a crash on Interstate 80 East in Snow Shoe Township early on Aug. 18, state police at Rockview said.
Around 12:39 a.m., Dmitrii Kofanox, 51, operating a 2024 Ram 3500, allegedly rear-ended a 2025 Freightliner driven by Tahir Iqbal, 66, of Bolingbrook, Ill. Police said Kofanox was traveling too closely and at a greater speed than Iqbal’s vehicle.
Kofanox’s vehicle sustained disabling damage. He was cited for following too closely, police said.
Fraud investigation
BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview are investigating after fraudulent checks totaling $10,000 were cashed in the name of Restek, Bellefonte, police said.
The incident was reported on July 21, and the investigation is ongoing.
Theft investigation
ORVISTON — State police at Rockview are investigating a theft reported Aug. 5 against Keystone Industries near the intersection of DeHass Road and Bear Creek Forest Road in Curtin Township.
An unknown suspect was involved, and the investigation continues, police said.
Harassment
RENOVO — Renovo Police have charged Joseph Tucci, 73, with harassment stemming from multiple incidents occurring in July 2025 along Huron Avenue, Renovo.
Police said Tucci is captured on video repeatedly engaging in harassing acts toward a victim at that location.
Police said Tucci will receive a summons through the office of MDJ Frank Mills.
Disorderly conduct
RENOVO — Renovo Police have charged Jerrett Williams, 27, and Sean Hainsworth, 26, both of Philadelphia but currently living in Renovo, with disorderly conduct stemming from a fight on Aug. 28.
Police said that Williams and Hainsworth engaged in the fight at the 5th Street boat launch along Ontario Avenue in Renovo Borough.
Police stated that Williams and Hainsworth will both receive summonses through the office of District Judge Frank Mills.
Driver falls asleep, crashes
LOGANTON — State police at Lamar investigated an accident on I-80 W near the 194 milemarker in Greene Township on Aug. 2.
Police said the driver, Hayden A. Long, 19, of Lock Haven, was traveling west in the right lane when he fell asleep, allowing the 2010 Chev. Cobalt to leave the roadway. The vehicle struck a ditch before entering a heavily wooded area which caused disabling damage to the car.
Police said a passenger, Sophie Mitchell, 19, of Mill Hall, and Long both received minor injuries but refused medical transport.
The vehicle was towed from the scene by Bressler’s Garage.
Outstanding warrant
DUNNSTOWN — Woodward Township Police were at 33 Crist Lane on another incident when officers found Stacy Fanelle Henry, 50, at the residence on Sept. 9 around 6:30 p.m.
Police said it was discovered that Henry was wanted on a Bench Warrant for drug delivery related charges from Lycoming County courts.
Police said Henry, of Lock Haven, was taken into custody and placed in the Clinton County Correctional Facility to await his transport to Lycoming County by deputies from the Lycoming County Sheriff’s office.
