DUI alleged

LOCK HAVEN — A 43-year-old Lock Haven man may face driving under the influence charges following a traffic stop along West Third Street, Lock Haven, state police at Lamar said.

On Aug. 9 at about 8:16 p.m., troopers were called to the area of 710 W. Third St. for reports of an erratic driver, police said.

After canvasing the area, troopers located a 2012 white Jeep Cherokee and, following an investigation, it was determined the driver was under the influence, police said.

Charges are pending through District Judge Keith Kibler’s office.

Car flips

LAMAR — State police at Lamar investigated a traffic accident on Aug. 3 at 5:02 a.m. on the Expressway of I-80 W in Porter Township.

Police said Stephen A. Khan, 23, of Denver, Colo., was traveling in the left lane and for some unknown reason struck the end of the guide rail off the left side of the interstate. After striking the guide rail, the vehicle, a 2021 Tesla, became airborne before flipping and coming to a final rest on its roof a short distance from the initial impact point.

Police said Khan sustained minor injuries and was transported by Goodwill Hose Co. ambulance to UPMC Lock Haven for medical evaluation.

Police said Kahn was cited for his role in the crash.

Trespassing

BLANCHARD — A 39-year-old Howard man was charged with trespassing on a 25-year-old Blanchard man’s property on North Liberty Street in Liberty Township on Aug. 7 around 5:30 p.m., according to state police at Rockview.

Stolen vehicle

MILLHEIM — A 2001 green Ford F-150XLT was allegedly stolen from West Main Street in Millheim Borough on Aug 21, according to state police at Rockview.

The vehicle was stolen from a 47-year-old Aaronsburg woman before 7 a.m. that morning, police said.

DUI on I-80

SNOW SHOE — Kyle Retorick, 38, of Osceola Mills, was arrested for driving under the influence in Snow Shoe Township just before 2 a.m. on Aug. 14, according to state police at Rockview.

Retorick, who was driving a 2018 black Chevrolet Colorado on Interstate 80 at the time of his arrest, allegedly had drugs visible in the vehicle, police said.

Bullet breaks

window in Spring Mills home

SPRING MILLS — A home on Stone Row Lane in Spring Mills was struck by a bullet during target shooting on Aug. 24, breaking a window valued at $600, according to state police at Rockview.

The property belongs to a 51-year-old woman, police said.

The investigation is ongoing.

Woman arrested on two warrants

JACKSONVILLE — Amber Halderman, 40, of Mill Hall, was taken into custody on two arrest warrants on Aug. 21 around 7 p.m. after Pennsylvania State Police at Rockview received information about a wanted person on the 100 block of Mesa Verde Street in Marion Township.
